Dear Parents and Guardians, you are cordially invited to the 2nd Annual PTG Meeting for the Academic Year 2023-2024, hosted by Americana Chinese International School and the Parent-Teacher Group (PTG 22).

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the meeting hall.

2:00 - 2:40 pm - Welcome speech, school performance reports, guidelines for future administration by the Principal and School Director.

2:50 - 3:20 pm - PTG performance reports for the academic year 2022-2024

3:20 - 3:40 pm - Election of PTG 24 Committee

3:40 - 4:00 pm - Q/A session
