At ACIS, we seamlessly integrate daily Chinese language instruction into our curriculum, providing students with the opportunity to become proficient in multiple languages. What is HSK/YCT?
The HSK, also known as the Chinese Proficiency Test, is an internationally recognized assessment of Chinese language proficiency. This comprehensive test evaluates the abilities of non-native Chinese speakers to use the language effectively in their daily lives, academics, and professional endeavors.

HSK Levels
​
The HSK test consists of six levels, aptly named from HSK Level 1 to HSK Level 6. Each represents a progressive stage of language proficiency, allowing learners to gauge their Chinese language skills accurately.

Youth Chinese Test (YCT)
​
In addition to the HSK, we also offer the Youth Chinese Test (YCT). This specialized assessment is for primary and middle school students. It aims to evaluate their proficiency in using Chinese as a second language. The YCT comprises writing and speaking tests, both independent of each other, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of the young learners' abilities. The YCT is further divided into four levels, allowing students to advance their skills progressively.
HSK Chinese Test Center
ACIS is proud to be a registered HSK Test Center in collaboration with Chongfah Xinsheng Wanishbamrun School (Xin Sheng). We have been offering HSK Testing services to our ACIS students and students from outside our institution since January 2020. The HSK test is a renowned Chinese language proficiency examination that serves as the standardized test for assessing the proficiency of non-native speakers in Standard Chinese.
